Battle's offers a diverse array of vehicles to meet your organization needs.  We also have many wheelchair accessible vehicles including our minibus that allows up to 8 wheelchairs to be transported in a single trip. TransportationPlus+™ Management Services looks "outside the box" past the traditional transportation contract model by offer a comprehensive suite of services that combines transportation management consulting and services. BTI is one the few transportation company companies that can deliver a large scale end to end solution while exceeding industry performance standards such as Average Speed to Answer ("ASA") and On-Time Performance (OTP). 

Program features include:  

-On-site call center that provides customer service and schedules transportation.

-Dispatch and scheduling software to schedule and route trips efficiently and effectively.

-Determine eligibility; assess medical necessity and most appropriate mode of transportation.

TransportationPlus+™ 4Kids

TransportationPlus+™ 4Kids is geared towards our contracts dealing with children. In August 2012, Battle's was awarded the DC Child and Family Services Agency's contract to provide NEMT school based transportation for the District's foster children, which allows them to stay connected to their communities. Battle's also provides Yellow School Bus and Motor Coach Bus transportation services to child based organizations looking to schedule large group and/or special events. As recently as October 2014, Battle's was awarded a contract with the District of Columbia Public Schools to support various transportation programs. Services for TransportationPlus+™4Kids include:

•Account manager who works closely with agencies to ensure the safety of the children.

•Policies ensuring children get safely to and from schools and other destinations.

•Placement of both a driver and attendant on each vehicle with a child.

•Verification of drivers and attendants using the child protection registry.

•DCPS Background Clearances.

•Mandatory Reporter Training
